About Us

For over 40 years, Hamilton has been carrying on the legacy of what was established in 1973. Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton, owners of racehorses, noticed a gap in the market for horse halters. After setting up a sewing machine in their garage, the couple began crafting horse halters that filled the gap in the equine market. The couple established the “Cadillac of Halters“ by securing leather from the nearby Cadillac plant, in Ocala, Florida, to line the inside of the nose band. The Hamilton legacy still lives today with each and every piece that is crafted for horses, dogs, cats and prized animals of all sizes.
