How to set the current time(clock time)?

Design by military time clock，example: 5pm = 17:00 (Military Time)

1.Unlock the screen by pressing and holding the UNLOCK button for 3 seconds.

2.Press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds until the time icon 0000 starts flashing.

3.Use the UP and DOWN buttons to scroll through the numbers and set the hour.

4. Press the SET button to move to the minute setting and set it the same way as the hour setting.

How to set the numbers of meals per day

Set up in the unlock mode

1.Hold UNLOCK button for 3s to unlock screen.

2.Set the feeding time, hour, minute, and portion for the first meal by using the UP & DOWN button when the time icon 0000 is flashing.

3、Set the 2nd/3rd/4th meal in the same way

2.Record with long press of MIC button and hear “di” to start.(Max 10s)

3.Recording complete with “didi” sound and release of hand.

Note: Repeat recording if unsatisfied with previous attempt

How to manual feeding?

Set up in the unlock mode

1.Hold UNLOCK button for 3s to unlock screen.

2. Press FEED button to manually dispense portion.

Note: Manual feeding won’t affect scheduled feeding.

How to clear all settings?

Set up in the Locked mode

Step 1: Hold UP button for 5s to reset all settings.

Step 2: Hear a clear “didi” sound to confirm recording is complete.

What is the size of each portion?

What type of pet food can I put in?

Suitable for size 3-13mm dry food, freeze-dried food, and air-dried food.
